Before your eyewear ships, it goes through our manufacturing process followed by a thorough quality assurance inspection to help ensure everything meets our standards.

Processing Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-10 business days depending on prescription and other customization options:

Non-Prescription Glasses
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days for in-stock items. In some cases, orders may be delayed due to back-ordered products. We will inform you by email if such a delay is expected.

Prescription Glasses
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-10 business days. Please note that processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the prescription and any customizations requested. In cases of back orders, we will inform you by email if a delay is expected.

Prescription Order Processing
Prescription orders are processed and fulfilled in Canada. Custom prescription lens work is completed with support from our affiliated optical laboratory. Processing times may vary depending on prescription complexity and product type.

Shipping Methods

Canada
All orders include free domestic standard shipping.

We offer standard and express shipping options:

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.

United States
We do not currently ship to the United States, but we are working on it.

International Shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide. Available destinations will be shown during checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time for international shipments is 4-10 business days.
  • The expected shipping time will be shown during checkout. Actual shipping time may vary due to destination, customs clearance, and other factors.
Shipping Rates
  • Canada: We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within Canada. You can also choose paid express shipping.
  • International: For orders outside Canada, shipping options and rates are available during checkout.
Customs Fees & Import Duties

For shipping outside Canada, additional customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
You can follow your package's journey from your inbox.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at Care@WellnessGlasses.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
